Why Nominated:  Rosemary and Dr. Sylvain Palmer showed their spirit of volunteerism as co-chairs of the 18th Annual Mission Hospital Holiday Gala, which raised record-breaking net proceeds of over $1.2 million for Mission Hospital’s new Neuroscience & Spine Institute.  Lending medical expertise to educate all those touched by this year’s event, they raised awareness of the need for this new medical facility.  They engaged friends and colleagues to provide generous support and involvement.  They also inspired staff and more than 50 committee volunteers with their dedication and passion for the cause.
