This team of specially trained Homeless Liaison Officers in the City of Anaheim, is dedicated to working with the homeless in a compassionate manner. Since partnering with the Coast to Coast Foundation non-profit organization, these officers have demonstrated service above and beyond to the homeless community in the City of Anaheim. They have provided the homeless with basic necessities, motel vouchers, bus passes, clothes and gift cards to fast-food restaurants, as well as reaching out to assist the homeless in getting other resources and services they need. As a result, 46 people in the City of Anaheim have been reconnected with family or friends and subsequently relocated to be with their loved ones in 16 states and internationally.
