While Patricia McMaster and Sue Catlin serve on the Board at Acacia, their shining contribution is from the committees each chair. Both have brought a new style of leadership through their decisive planning, stellar organizational skills, and vision. Pat manages the Marketing Committee. Sue manages the Annual Event Fundraiser Committee. The proof of their hard work shows in many areas. At the helm, each has advanced new marketing strategies and built up advertising. Another success is fundraising. The numbers reflect an increase. These ladies know how to connect in a professional and genuine manner to many in the community. They understand and value staff, volunteers, donors, business and educational affiliates. Through their profound leadership abilities, people want to be involved. People will gladly work for them because Pat and Sue always show appreciation and a dedicated spirit. Namely, they consistently produce the most favorable and essential outcomes.

We would also like to add that Pat, as Director of Community Programs for the Orange County School of the Arts has assembled an extraordinary group of students who volunteer their time and talents to perform musically at Acacia. We are grateful to Pat that our diverse group of Acacia participants are treated to such a wonderful cultural and therapeutic experience and thank her for extending a hand from OCSA to enrich their lives.
